General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Exclude from Smart Search

Hello,
Is there a way to exclude items from the indexing of the Smart Search extension?

For example if articles / documents etc are added to a Registered category then these should not be included in the Smart Search indexing and appear as results on the frontend?
